The Kwok Wu Chuen Martial Arts System Tae Kwon Do & Chinese Traditional Wu Kung (Kung Fu) This is the Academy's regular program and is specially designed by Master Ken Kuek which includes cardiovascular workouts, and the technical curriculum emphasizes combat and defensive tactics. Tai Ji Chuen (Tai Chi Chuan) Tai Ji Chuen is an exciting ancient Chinese martial art of fitness, wellness and longevity. Tai Ji is a soft, light and agile martial art system. The practice of Tai Ji fosters a calm and tranquil mind, focused on the precise execution of these exercises. The many benefits of Tai Ji are: lowering of blood pressure, improve balance, increase vitality, and improve overall quality of life. |
